Accessing our website means that you automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them then please do not use our website and leave it. Our website is provided to you for your personal use only and For Business.

We have made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee that the product images you see displayed on your screen are a totally accurate representation of the actual merchandise due among other reasons to the technical difference in monitors or screens you may use.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into  contracts, that the personal  information which you provide when you register as a customer and place an order is true, accurate, current and complete in all aspects, and that you do not impersonate any other person. Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. After receipt of your order we will send you an order acknowledgment email detailing the products and prices you ordered. If you do not receive such an email within 1 working days of placing your order please contact our Customer Services under info@leatherspot.com.pk

The order acknowledgment email is an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and formation of the contract will only take place once we have confirmed your card authorisation for your order. We will send you a despatch confirmation email with tracking number when the products you have ordered have left our Factory.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will then not receive an e-mail acknowledging your order and there will be no contract between us.  If the goods you order are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept these you will not have to pay to return the goods to us.

Pricing policy

All prices shown in the website are in Euros,Dollars.But Customers can Ask for More Prices beacuse it may be change as order quantity. In case we use a special sale offer price please note that this might be a limited period offer which we will then indicate.

We take great care in providing you with the right product information and prices. In the unlikely case that an error in pricing appears in goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. However we shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was shown at an incorrect price. In such a case we will contact you by email.Also if we recieved Money from you Then we are bound to send you order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipment occurs fast and reliable throughout the world. All packages are insured and are delivered to      your doorstep by the DHL and Cargo to your Country Port. Of course, shipment occurs solely with acknowledgment of receipt. Private customers are charged the following shipping and handling rates for each package.

Used Postal Service

The DHL delivers the packages within Germany and throughout the world. DHL is fast, reliable and safe. Every shipment receives a shipping number that can be used to track the current location of the packages on the DHL-website.

Shipping Timeline

In general, we process every order immediately, meaning the merchandise is shipped within as Invoice Time. For delivery addresses to Germany delivery usually occurs within 6 business days, meaning in many cases you may receive your Bavarian clothing articles the next next. To other countries within the European Union (EU) a timeline of 6-7 business days must be expected. Shipping to European countries takes about 8-10 days. However, in some exempt cases these timelines, including the timelines below, may vary, since it is always depend to DHL and the customs offices - for this reason we can give you an estimated run duration.

Customs duties

All Kinds of Duties Will Paid By Customers.When shipping to country, additional customs duties and taxes may occur for the payment of which the customer is responsible

Returns and Exchanges

Customer Service is of utmost importance to us! Should you happen not to be satisfied with the received merchandise, you may return them or exchange them If worn or Bad Quality Products.

Please take notice that the items must be returned within 10 days and that we only accept items that have not been used or worn to any extent. Be aware not to remove any attached tags and do not get the items dirty. In the case of any reclamation this will save both you and us time and trouble. Also Return Shipping Cost also Paid By Customers.If you wish to return any merchandise, fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization form attached to the package and send back to:

Should the item posses an original packaging (i.e.Poly bag), place the item inside. Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization form and place it into a shipping carton (i.e. in which merchandise was delivered to you) alongside the merchandise to be returned.
As soon as the returned merchandise has been examined, the total value of the purchase is refunded. Depending on the payment method you will receive:

The refund will occur within 30 days after receipt of the returned merchandise.

Payment in advance As With Customer Deal

By choosing advance payment, after the ordering process you will receive a confirmation with the bank details by email. Should you not receive these, we kindly ask you to check your spam mail filter. As soon as your payment has come through, your order will be shipped immediately. This could take between 2-4 days, depending on which bank has been used to transfer the money. Please note the importance of specifying the order number in the reason for transfer. Only this way we can ensure a quick processing and shipping of your order.

Description of Products and Availability

If an items sells out we will take it off display as soon as possible. If items that you order should be out of stock, or delayed for any reason, we will try to contact you, or if we receive no response to our e-mail we will continue to process the remaining items of your order. If an offer is subject to a limited period of availability or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly mentioned in the offer.
